This week was the only debate of the campaign - but Tax Hike Mike Kehoe became Kehoe the No Show by dodging yet another debate. There was an empty podium for him but he was nowhere to be seen. Kehoe has refused to debate the entire campaign because he knows he can’t defend his record of raising taxes, selling our land to China, and doubling government spending.

Jay laid out his vision for Missouri beginning by hiring 1,000 new police in his first year, eliminating the income tax, repealing Mike Kehoe’s 12.5¢ gas tax, cutting government spending, and kicking China out of Missouri.

New polling this week from the Tyson Group continues to show Jay leading the race for Governor. Jay currently has 31% of Republican primary voters, with Mike Kehoe in second with 22%, and Bill Eigel last at 14%. Just 11 days to go!

Richard Grenell, Trump’s “man in Europe,” as ambassador to Germany, and served as President Trump’s acting Director of National Intelligence, and Special Presidential Envoy to Bosnia and Serbia Peace Negotiations, endorsed Jay this week.

In his endorsement, Grenell, a graduate of Evangel University said, “Jay wrote legislation that would ban China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and Cuba from buying any land in Missouri, and he’s the only major candidate Missourians can trust to stand up to the Jefferson City swamp. He’s proven his courage through his two terms as Secretary of State and made Missouri one of the top states in the country for election integrity. He is the America First candidate for Republicans on August 6th.
