WFW PAC-backed Lt. Gov Nancy Dahlstrom (AK-AL) released a new campaign ad highlighting her record of fighting for Alaskans in the state legislature. 

In it she highlights her major endorsement from former President Trump and her commitment to working with him in Congress to stop the flow of fentanyl into Alaska and the rest of the country.

Rep. Monica De La Cruz (TX-15) celebrated passage of her fifth piece of legislation on the House floor. Her HUD Transparency Act aims "to combat waste, fraud, and abuse while promoting the responsible stewardship of taxpayer dollars."

De La Cruz introduced the legislation after the HUD Inspector General's office had gone five years without testifying before the House Financial Services Committee. The bipartisan legislation mandates annual testimony from the Inspector General at HUD, which will help bring more oversight and efficiency to the department and its over $70 billion budget.

Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA) did not hold back when criticizing Vice President Kamala Harris for refusing to preside over Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's address to Congress. 

Ernst called it "a disgrace" and asked: If she is willing to abdicate her duties now as vice president, imagine what she would be willing to do as president.

Many women in rural communities face additional obstacles when trying to receive maternal health care. Rep. Young Kim (CA-40) recently introduced legislation to support rural health care facilities so they can better serve the women who depend on them.

Her bipartisan Rural Obstetrics Readiness Act aims to support rural hospitals and doctors who handle obstetric emergencies through increased training, federal grants to purchase necessary equipment, increased urgent teleconsultation to rural facilities, and by directing HHS "to study maternity ward closures, regional patterns of patient transport, and models for regional partnerships for rural obstetric care."
