Last year, nearly 20,000 people from all over the world contributed photos, videos, and warm wishes for President Carter's 99th birthday, an unprecedented event in American presidential history. The images and words combined to create a beautiful mosaic that President Carter saw and deeply appreciated.

To celebrate his 100th birthday on Oct. 1 this year, you are again invited to help build a commemorative mosaic. You can add an image or video and a special greeting.

If you missed the opportunity to participate last year, you're in luck because here's a second chance to honor President Carter in a special way. And if you did submit something last year, we hope you’ll do so again.
