Ageism is real, but having a pro-aging mindset can help curb its impact at work, in life and everywhere in between. Often, it simply comes down to perspective and how we view our own aging. Join pro-aging advocate Guadalupe Hirt for an informative and interactive discussion on co-existing with our inner ageist and learning how to value and position the real business advantages that only come with age.
