Team — Before I attend the Opening Ceremony of the 2024 Olympic Games, I wanted to highlight how important it is to prepare Los Angeles to host the Olympics 4 years from now.

Earlier this year, I led a delegation of City Council and other civic leaders to Paris to generate business development and learn from the innovative housing, green transportation, and infrastructure projects of this year’s host of the Games to prepare our city ahead of the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

There’s no doubt — hosting the Games will have lasting impacts on L.A. for generations to come. That’s why I’ve locked arms with our city’s leaders to ensure Los Angeles is ready to welcome the entire world to our doorstep.
