We had no idea when we launched a new goal (just yesterday!) to raise $15,000 to provide frontline health care workers with sorely needed personal protection equipment that we’d already be in a position to place our first order.

Thanks to supporters like you, we have nearly enough to place our first full order of 1,500 face shields to be shipped directly to state-run veterans’ homes — protecting caregivers and health care workers at these facilities.

While I get all the paperwork together and begin this first order, I thought I’d reach out one more time to see if we could raise the $3,258 we need to hit our goal before the close of business today.

If you’re in a position to donate, make a contribution of $10 or more today to help us hit our goal to provide 1,500 health care workers in state-run veterans’ homes with face shields.
