Hi Everybody!
This is my first email blast since our CD3 Congressional District Assembly election about 10 days ago. There's lots to share about that, my future direction, and my thoughts about the future with the multiple crises we are now facing.
This is more of an informal "let's hang out a bit" yard chat, where I begin by discussing my 2018 and 2020 campaigns for U.S. Congress, and the results of those efforts. Then, I share the significance of the first Earth Day, 50 years ago April 22, 1970, while deeply engaged in the Vietnam war effort as a USAF C-141 transport navigator, on the future direction of my life, advanced education degrees; and the reason I have made this run for Congress more than once, still fighting for our future as a 73-year old Vietnam Veteran and grandfather of three.
Whereas my earlier campaign videos had to meet specific time requirements of 2 minutes and 5 minutes, set by the county and district chairs; here I'm able to speak in a more relaxed sharing mode, without having to be concerned about the time limits. It turned out to be 35:45 minutes, so please relax and take a listen if you're interested, which I sincerely hope you continue to be.
Best regards and well wishes to you all, and please share/forward this message if you're moved to do so. Keep safe, and let's all give thanks to all the healthcare workers and other essential positions on the front line of this pandemic.

PS: I still need help with donations for this huge effort I've engage in over the past 3+ years, win or lose, to get my message out by running for a formal political position of U.S. Congressional Representative. Thank you for whatever you can contribute and have before. Unlike the other two big money candidates, who each have so far brought in between $700K and $800K; my low-budget grassroots "climate insurgency" campaign put me in credit card debt of about $5800. More about campaign finances in the video.
