As the father of a former high school female athlete, I know what most parents know: men should not be using the same locker rooms and bathrooms as females. 

We had an opportunity to make that statement clear in New Hampshire, but unfortunately HB 396 was vetoed last week. As Governor, I would proudly sign HB 396 to keep biological men out of women's locker rooms, bathrooms, and jails. 

Kelly Ayotte has once again remained silent on this critical issue. Granite State voters deserve to know if she would have signed this important bill.

Ensuring the safety and protection of women’s spaces must be a priority because our daughters and granddaughters deserve better.
