Strategic Plan Draft - Now Available for Review!

The Ottawa County Parks and Recreation Commission (OCPRC) initiated a strategic planning process earlier this year. The plan is shaped by extensive outreach, including 5,621 public survey responses, 57 stakeholder survey responses, six visioning engagement sessions, and a scientific survey [ [link removed] ].
