Public Consulting Group (PCG) is working with the State of Maine Department of Health and Human Services Office of Aging and Disability Services (OADS) to review, develop, and implement a Neurobehavioral Treatment Services program. This program is to be person-centered and developed to provide crucial support and services to help connect individuals with a Brain Injury diagnosis with in-state treatment facilities and mobile community services. As part of this project a survey was sent out on July 15, 2024.
We want to extend our gratitude to those who have already completed the survey. For those who have not had a chance yet, please take a moment to share your thoughts before the survey closes on August 2, 2024. Your feedback is instrumental in helping PCG to make recommendations to Maine in redesigning a critical program to improve care and delivery of Neurobehavioral Treatment across the continuum. The survey is anonymous and should take between 15-20 minutes. To open and begin the survey, please click here.
Thank you for your time and valuable input. If you have any questions regarding this survey, please reach out to Ronda Kearns-Strawser ([email protected]) or Kaitlyn Crone ([email protected]).
