I’ve had a busy day on the campaign trail, but it was important to me that I took a few minutes to write you this message.

When I first announced I was running for U.S. Senate in Virginia, I was told I was taking on an impossible challenge.

But now, even the “pundits” agree: winning in Virginia is anyone’s game, and we have a real chance at beating Tim Kaine.

There’s just one problem - Tim Kaine has ENDLESS resources and connections from his decades in the swamp, and with the help of special interest megadonors, he’s outraising and outspending us.

The truth is, Senate races, especially as close as this one, are expensive, and if we’re going to pull off the political upset in Virginia history we need the resources to do it.

I talked to my team, and they said we need to raise $14,584 by TONIGHT at MIDNIGHT if we’re going to keep up with our campaign budget.
