Our country has made major strides in increasing the diversity of our elected officials. Every election brings in record breaking numbers of women, people of color, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Representation matters. And this election we have an incredible opportunity to elect a whole slate of diverse representatives at the highest levels.

We could elect the first ever Black Senator from Texas, Colin Allred. We could elect the first ever Black Senator from Delaware, Lisa Blunt Rochester. We could elect the first ever Black Woman Senator from Maryland, Angela Alsobrooks.

And of course, at the top of the ticket, we could elect the first woman, the first Asian, the first biracial, and the second Black President, Kamala Harris.

John, it’s time to make some history.
