In early July, EDF Action was joined by elected officials and community leaders in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania for our second “Pedal to the Metal: Clean Cars are Charging Ahead” EV press event!

Our EDF Action president, David Keive, was on site to talk about how Pennsylvanians are benefiting from President Biden's $188 billion national clean energy investment, including electrical workers.

With more than 64,000 Pennsylvania EV-owners, close to 40 models to choose from, and a $27,700 cost-savings compared to gas-powered vehicles over 10 years, EVs are more available and affordable than ever.

But disinformation still exists and it’s clear there are a lot of people who love to see the EV industry fail. Sign the petition today to support additional investment in these cost-saving EVs and the jobs they create>>>

Despite the disinformation spread by the big oil industry about electric vehicles, the truth is these investments will not only result in jobs but also major health benefits for the surrounding communities.

Like many other states, asthma rates in Pennsylvania are extremely high. Clean cars attack this problem head-on with zero tailpipe emissions, helping to improve overall air quality.

Electric vehicles are addressing serious problems in communities by creating jobs and decreasing pollution. Add your name to our petition to stand by investments in clean cars today>>>
