Hi John,

OLCV has been working in coalition with many environmental and climate justice advocates to restore Oregon’s Climate Protection Program (CPP).

The CPP creates a large fund that goes directly to environmental justice (EJ) communities most impacted by the climate crisis. It will also set enforceable targets for oil and gas companies to reduce their climate pollution by 2050, but big polluters are fighting tooth and nail to derail the program.

Will you attend our virtual webinar on Tuesday, July 30 at 5:30 p.m. to learn more about the CPP and how you can help us protect it?

WHEN: Tuesday, July 30th at 5:30 - 6:30 PM
WHERE: via Zoom | Spanish interpretation available

Act now for climate: [link removed]

This powerful program can represent a meaningful win for EJ communities, especially Black, Indigenous, people of color, low-income families, folks with disabilities, seniors, children, and rural and coastal communities who experience climate change first and worst. Right now, part of the program that empowers and invests in us is under attack.

Attend this free webinar to learn more about CPP’s investments in our communities, examples of projects it can be used for, and what YOU can do to make a difference. The Oregon Climate Protection Program is an easy way to make a positive impact and address the root cause of climate change. We want to hear your voice. Spanish interpretation will be available.

John, will you help us restore the Climate Protection Program?

We can't wait for you to join the fight!
