The Democrats are the master of the Big Lie. For example, crime is down. They have bureaucracies and universities filled with Democrats who gather statistics to prove this and then promulgate these canards through the corporate media.
Of course no one believes this. Carjacking is now a spectator sport in Connecticut because liberal Democratic-appointed prosecutors release the perpetrators with no bail. In fact, Jim Himes was so upset that some poorly trained carjackers were being arrested, that he introduced legislation to teach carjackers how to drive standard shift in case they make the mistake of hijacking an old Mustang (OK. I made this up but you get the point.)
Anyone who drives the Merritt Parkway notices police cars are rare and lunatics are weaving in and out of traffic going 100 miles per hour with impunity. Our police are afraid to do their job.
But unlike the Democrats and Jim Himes, Dr. Goldstein does not believe law enforcement’s job is to increase the self esteem of criminals.
Rather as the endorsement of Dr. Goldstein says, "[their job is to make] a safter State for our citizens.”
