When moving from one setting to another, it can be overwhelming to get started. What kind of setting will best meet my needs or the needs of my family member, or someone I support? What's the difference between an Adult Family Home and a Group Home?

This new publication can be a resource to help you get started to Choose Your Path. This resource allows you to click on various linked images to navigate to videos and fact sheets that describe each setting.

You can see some of the most common services that people find helpful and videos that describe how these services can be used. There is also a helpful chart that describes the differences in how things are paid for in different settings.
