Things are moving quickly now.

Our inbox is absolutely flooded with emails, and we bet yours is, too. But there’s a reason for that, and it’s an important one.

Folks like Kari Lake and Donald Trump, they go straight to the top for their donations — the richest people they can find. Kari has million dollar fundraisers at Mar-a-Lago, and Trump gets millions a month from shady billionaires from all over the country.

They use the millions they rake in from the most wealthy people in the world to run low down, drag out, dirty campaigns with relentless attack ads across the airwaves. That’s how they’re doing it here in Arizona, and it only gets more intense from here.

But that’s not how we do things. Just about every dollar we raise comes from an email like this one, or a text, or an ad you saw online. We raise our $5 or $10 at a time from people who care about our race, care about Ruben, care about what we’re running for.

It’s real, hardworking people who power this campaign with donations of whatever they can afford. And we’re incredibly grateful for that.

That means we’ve got to email. And it means we’ve got to ask. But we hope that explains how important you are to all of this. And we hope, if you’re still with Ruben and you’re ready to do whatever you can to hold the U.S. Senate this year, that we can count on you today.
