OFFICIAL POST OFFICE PROTECTION PETITION

I just watched President Trump say he would refuse to provide emergency funding to the post office.

Will you sign your name next to mine and CONDEMN Trump’s attacks on the post office?

I’m absolutely appalled -- and I'm calling on 5O,OOO grassroots Democrats to help me hold President Trump accountable for jeopardizing the post office.

I’ve watched in disgust as our postal service could go completely bankrupt during these increasing hard times in our country.

Our federal post office employs around 6OO,OOO workers -- employees who would not only lose their jobs but their invaluable access to health care, too.

During this sad time for our country, the American people are depending on the service of our amazing postmen and women to deliver essentials -- from life-saving medication to food.

But the president is threatening to defund this vital service because of a personal vendetta against our post offices.

As our country continues to face this unprecedented health crisis, I’m appalled Trump would let Americans lose access to mail.

I need you to make your voice heard, too.

Please, will you sign on and CONDEMN Trump for threatening our postal service?

Please know that I’m thinking of the safety and security of you and your loved ones during this difficult time.

Thank you,

Nancy
