Since Joe Biden withdrew from the race, Kamala has become the front-runner, and fear has been keeping me up at night for our clients.
The race has tightened for President Trump, and I have to shift my plans to protect the 53 patriots who have been targeted in this never-ending political witch hunt.
Despite my Harvard Law training, keeping up with this ongoing caseload has been overwhelming, but I've pulled it off with my small staff.
But everything has changed with Kamala.
My time served in the U.S. Army taught me something I used in law school: PACE planning (Primary, Alternate, Contingent, and Emergency).
Winning in the courts has been my primary plan for our defendants, and this plan carries through the appeal process—but I can tell you right now, in the D.C. Circuit, these men, women, mothers, fathers, and grandmothers never stood a chance.
Presidential pardons have always been our contingent plan, and they will NEVER happen under President Harris.
But it’s worse than that. Kamala Harris is using January 6 to instigate a racial divide as she runs for office and cater to the black vote that is quickly eroding from the Democrat party.
Here’s what she’s said about these men and women prosecuted under her boss’ leadership:

On the third anniversary of January 6 this year, Kamala spoke at a historically black church in South Carolina to twist the protests of that day into the actions of a racist mob.
Harris isn't just determined to continue to ruin the lives of the January 6 protesters; she has been using it as a campaign tool to divide America for her gain.
And she won’t stop smearing our clients for her benefit, turning courts and public opinion against them.
