• Like Donald Trump, Garvey was a celebrity product pitchman before turning into a Republican politician with no experience whatsoever.
• Many of his family members have urged voters not to support him. His life has been plagued by personal scandals and lawsuits like the former president, and he has no vision of how to serve Californians — only his own ego.

Republican donors filled Garvey’s campaign account with the most money of any non-incumbent or self-funding GOP Senate candidate in the latest FEC filing.
