John,

We just helped deliver another devastating blow to Planned Parenthood - the 2nd time in two days. It's losing.

Just yesterday, a second Federal Appeals Court - this time the Eighth Circuit - agreed with our amicus briefs, shutting down elective surgical abortions in another state.

The day before that, the Fifth Circuit agreed with another of our briefs, concluding that there is "no constitutional right to any particular abortion procedure."

These decisions not only halt most elective abortions in multiple states during this pandemic, but could have major ramifications for years to come in other cases.

Planned Parenthood is NOT ABOVE THE LAW. It can't put abortion over saving lives during the Coronavirus crisis.

Planned Parenthood may try to go to the Supreme Court, but we'll be there to defend countless lives.

Our work defending life DOES NOT STOP during this pandemic. Just hours ago, we submitted critical records demands in another state that has allowed Planned Parenthood to put more lives at risk. And TODAY we are filing our NINTH emergency amicus brief on behalf of 62 members of the Oklahoma state legislature in another federal appeals court to shut down Planned Parenthood.

As we expand our fight against Planned Parenthood's evil during this time, we urgently need your voice. NOW. Make an impact. Save lives.

Sign Our Petition: Shut Down Planned Parenthood.
