$35.59.

That's the average donation to this campaign – and the kind of grassroots support that I am proud to have because I know it comes from hardworking supporters like you who are tired of Ted Cruz's dangerous and divisive rhetoric.

But friend, this campaign to defeat Ted Cruz is going to be EXPENSIVE, and with just hours left to go, we are $25,172 short of where we need to be to hit our $65,000 daily goal. So I have to ask: Will you chip in $35.59, or whatever you can afford to give, right now so we can reach this critical goal?

Friend, I'm proud that the average donation to this campaign is just $35.59. Why? Because this is another piece setting apart my campaign from Ted Cruz's.

While Ted is busy courting GOP mega donors and corporate PACs, I'm building a broad coalition of nurses, firefighters, teachers, and folks from all walks of life who want to see real leadership and meaningful change come to Texas.

Our average donation is $35.59 because I don't take a single dime from corporate PACs. This campaign is made up of folks like you who believe in this fight and chip in what they can, when they can.

I know $35.59 might not seem like much when you think about the tens of millions that GOP super PACs are going to spend to try to keep Ted Cruz in office, but when you give to my campaign, you're joining a team of over 350,000 grassroots donors.

Every dollar you give adds up to a better Senator for 30 million Texans.

This is how we win – together. Please, will you chip in $35.59 – or as much as you can right now – to help me reach more voters, defeat Ted Cruz, and bring real leadership to Texas?

Thank you for being part of this team. Together, we will win!

– Colin
