It’s Senator Bernie Sanders, and I have some big news to share.
I am proud to endorse Raquel Terán to represent Arizona's 3rd Congressional District in Congress.
She is committed to fighting for the people, not the powerful. Raquel has taken on powerful special interests and won. She has spent her career fighting for good-paying union jobs, for reproductive freedom, for Medicare for All and for a Green New Deal. Corporate Super PACs are targeting Raquel because they know that, if elected, she will be a fierce ally of the working class in this country.
My friend Raquel is a movement builder. Because of her commitment to bold, progressive leadership, her campaign has been able to build a broad coalition of support from groups like the League of Conservation Voters, Planned Parenthood Action Fund, and the largest unions in the state.
That’s the type of person we need with us in Congress and I urge Arizonans to support her campaign.
