Dear John,
Right now, parents and caregivers are struggling to find quality places for their children to play and learn during the summer months.
Especially for young families, child care isn’t simply a matter of convenience. Research shows that the first five years of life are the most important period of a child’s life when it comes to their long term development.
At Start Early, we are proud to provide early learning opportunities year-round because we believe that every child deserves the best shot at life. For decades, our work has reached thousands of children and families at this critical stage.
When you support Start Early, you help even more children and families get the resources they need, when and where it matters most. To make this work possible, we are calling on compassionate donors like you to help us reach our $5,000 fundraising goal by July 31. Please don’t wait, make a gift today. |

We have been working directly with children and families since the 1980s, serving communities in and around Chicago’s Grand Boulevard neighborhood. At the time, the neighborhood was home to one of the largest public housing developments in the city. There, we launched our first Head Start program, providing early learning services to children ages 3-5 and later expanding our services to infants and toddlers.
Today, Start Early operates Educare Chicago, a state-of-the-art early childhood school that provides infants, toddlers, preschoolers and their families with the best quality care and education. Our programs ensure that young children get what they need to thrive, and support parents in becoming champions for their children’s education.
This goal matters, John. How much we raise will determine what resources we have to power our early childhood programming this year. Please rush your donation today. |
Sincerely,
|
