But now, thanks to SCOTUS, that critical authority was handed over to unelected judges who are experts in the law, not in climate science or environmental protection. The ramifications of overturning Chevron are alarming. This ruling is something big polluters and greedy corporations have been actively fighting for. They see fewer regulations as a green light to wreak havoc on our planet. But we’re not taking this lying down. We’re gearing up to demand action, and we need YOU to join us.
