There is no more important cause than making sure every South Carolinian can vote. No one should ever have to choose between their ballot and their health.

The South Carolina Democratic Party is fighting to protect the right to vote.   For the first time ever, our state party has multiple full-time staff devoted to Voter Protection.

Yesterday, we joined with the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and filed a lawsuit with the South Carolina Supreme Court demanding absentee voting access be expanded.

Increasing our voter protection efforts and filing this suit is a necessary step for our State Party and your support of our efforts as we fight to protect voters and the ballot box in the face of COVID-19 matters more than ever.
