Thanks to Lauren’s efforts, the Ottawa Fire Department has just received a $272,857 grant from the Assistance to Firefighters Grant (AFG) Program. This vital funding will provide 36 new self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) air packs, crucial for our firefighters' safety in hazardous conditions.
