I wanted to talk to you about an issue that’s impacting us all in Virginia’s Sixth Congressional District – increasing unemployment.

*When looking at the numbers, unemployment in May rose to 4% for the first time in over two years, hitting Black, Hispanic, Asian Americans, and veterans the hardest.*

*We saw the largest drop in full-time employment since December, labor force participation is still below pre-pandemic levels, and permanent job losses and long-term unemployment are on the rise.*

This is not the economy we were promised under Biden’s control, and the issue does not only affect us in Virginia’s Sixth District – but also those all over the nation.

We are all frustrated with the state of our country, but to fight for meaningful change, I need your support.
