Justice Democrats

John, we have just two weeks left to fight back against the onslaught of right-wing megadonor money flooding into MO-01, and protect progressive incumbent Rep. Cori Bush. Can we count on you to help us by splitting a donation to Cori’s campaign and Justice Democrats right now?

We first recruited Cori, then a nurse and community activist, to run for this House seat in 2018. In 2020, she narrowly defeated a 10-term, out-of-touch incumbent with the support of this grassroots movement. Since then, she’s fiercely fought for an eviction moratorium and housing justice, abortion rights, a living wage for all workers, Medicare for All, a Green New Deal, and a permanent ceasefire in Gaza.

Cori is one of the most progressive members of Congress, and that’s made her a top target of conservatives, corporate interests, and the anti-Palestinian lobby. As a result, dark money super PACs have dropped more than $7 million to support her primary election opponent: a former prosecutor who claims to be progressive but worked for an anti-abortion Republican.

In fact, AIPAC’s super PAC just dropped an additional $1.1 million on air time in MO-01.

Tweet from Jacob Rubashkin: Not to be lost in all this - AIPAC’s super PAC continues to spend heavily against Rep. Cori Bush in the MO-01 Democratic primary. The group just booked another $1.1 million in television ads for the week leading up to the primary.

Justice Democrats is fighting back with our own TV ads, mailers, and staff on the ground in St. Louis to help get out the vote for Cori in these final two weeks. But just like Cori, we don’t take a cent from corporations, so we have a fraction of the resources that her opponent has.

Time is running out to defend this seat and re-elect Cori, John. Can you please fuel our fight by splitting a grassroots donation to Justice Democrats and Cori’s campaign today?

After losing Jamaal Bowman’s House seat to a conservative shill in June, we can’t afford to lose another one of our few progressive champions in Congress. Let’s do what it takes to keep Cori in office fighting for the people.

In solidarity,

Justice Democrats
