After a lifetime of service, it took a tremendous amount of humility for President Biden to step down from his campaign. He put the country first, and his courage is admirable.

That puts us at a crossroads in a historic moment. I’ve already told you all — we’re committed to fighting alongside Kamala Harris. But winning a campaign is no walk in the park and Trump, Lake, and the MAGA-right certainly aren’t going to hand this one to us. Especially not in Arizona.

I’m ready to work, but I can’t do this alone. This will be the most competitive state in the country, and of that I have no doubt. Now is the time to push hard and raise the resources we need to win.
