In a supercharged world, with exceedingly high demands, and an ever-increasing level of social and spiritual complexity, Christian leaders need time to unplug and reflect. Periodically, it’s essential to answer the question, “why should I stay in this work?” Missio Alliance has created the Why Stay retreat to give weary leaders the time and space to rest and ask these crucial questions.

Past participants have raved about this experience, and leaders need it now more than ever! We've designed the schedule to include insightful sessions on disruption, discovery, awakening, and renewal. You'll also have ample time for relaxation, such as beach outings, hikes, or quiet creative spaces. Times of solitude and silence are planned to allow the Spirit to nurture your soul. Additionally, group processing sessions provide valuable feedback and opportunities to reimagine a fulfilling path forward.
