Joe Biden will go down in history as one of the most effective, consequential presidents in our nation's history. I know the decision to step aside was agonizing for him, but once again, his love of country shines through.

Joe Biden got legislation passed that nobody thought was possible — an infrastructure bill, climate action, the gun safety bill I wrote, and so much more. His legacy is undeniable.

But he knows the most important thing right now is beating Donald Trump, so he’s handing the reins over to another extraordinary leader.

I know Kamala Harris. She’s a friend of mine. She’s tough and impactful. She’s spent her career standing up to big banks, polluters and criminals.

Kamala has what it takes to beat Donald Trump, but she cannot do it alone. She needs a massive grassroots team behind her. So I’m asking:
