Hi John, I'm Stacey Knoell, and I'm running in one of the most competitive State Senate Districts in Kansas.

I'll get right to the point: I’m in this race to represent my community because the values held by my neighbors and I aren’t reflected in the Legislature.

And to emphasize the stakes, when I ran in a similar district in 2020 (under the old maps) I lost by just 1,900 votes. Those close margins are what we're up against this cycle in several districts—and they're exactly why getting out and meeting folks where they're at is critical. When we focus on what Kansans really need and the common-sense solutions that make us all stronger, we're building community with the people that have the voting power.

And when we have a huge base of supporters, we can exponentially grow the infrastructure we need to help common-sense Democrats win this fall.

We're only 3 seats away from breaking the supermajority in the Senate, but we HAVE to turn out the voters this election year. The Kansas Democrats are working hard to plant roots in every district, but they need support from communities and grassroots individuals to keep operations going strong.
