Hi friend, it's Debbie. I wanted to take a quick moment to reach out and say this: We must stand united behind Vice President Kamala Harris in the fight for our democracy this November.

Under both her and Joe Biden’s leadership, our nation has made incredible progress in expanding access to affordable health care, investing in our nation’s infrastructure, and creating millions of jobs to boost our economy and empower American workers.

Just two days ago, President Biden made the patriotic decision to put our democracy first by withdrawing from the presidential race. Now it’s our turn to do our part, friend. And that means keeping Republican extremists like Rick Scott, J.D. Vance, and Donald Trump from winning the Senate and the White House in November.

Look: Rick Scott isn't just running for reelection. He's running to take over Mitch McConnell's position as Senate Republican leader. That means our race in Florida could determine both control of the Senate AND the next Senate majority leader.

And if Trump, Vance, and Scott win in November, they'll work in tandem to push forward their dangerous, self-serving agenda. They'll roll back reproductive rights — which is already taking effect across states, including Florida — cut critical government programs like Social Security and Medicare, and end the Affordable Care Act.

Listen: I'm determined to win in Florida and protect our Democratic Senate majority this November so we can defend our personal freedoms from right-wing extremists. But I can't do it alone.

That's why we've set a rapid-response goal to raise $200,000 by midnight tonight. So please, can I count on you to rush $5 right now so we can flip Florida blue and defend the Senate — our last line of defense — from the GOP's attacks?
