Dear friends,
Last week, I shared what it was like meeting with policy makers who have toured the site where Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School massacre once stood.
Though the 1200 building at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School is no longer standing, the ground it occupied remains sacred.
This hallowed ground holds the memory of what happened and where it happened. However, it is essential that we never forget the tragic events of Valentine’s Day 2018 and honor the lives lost that day.
Now, a memorial will take the place of that building on the campus to honor the wonderful students and teachers who selflessly gave of themselves. Friend, we are creating a lasting tribute to honor their memory and ensure their stories are never forgotten.
It means the world to us to witness this hallowed ground transform into a place of remembrance and hope. Will you help us honor our loved ones by making a difference and creating safer schools for everyone? Every contribution counts towards building a future free from the fear of firearm violence at school.
