Alejandro Mayorkas, Secretary of Homeland Security, has turned the Secret Service into the same circus as the US Border Patrol. The failures are not the loyal agents who serve but the leadership at the top.
How can we not expect a colossal failure within the Secret Service when we’ve lived through 3 ½ years of epoch, intentional failure at our borders? Worse, they are offering direct flights to illegals who haven’t even made their way to our borders. What a cruel joke on the taxpayer’s dime!
When dedicated individuals who take their oath of office seriously are in charge, remarkable things can happen. The Southern Border chart, which reflects Trump’s significant reduction of illegal crossings during his term, and the miraculous chart by divine providence that saved his life, are a testament to what real national security looks like and what the American people can aspire to!
If I were the Director of the Secret Service, I would have been on the phone with the Trump security team as soon as they were in the car. I would have flown directly to the site within hours. I would have had the entire team switched out and on-site with local police, walking through every detail exhaustively and running the investigation with the FBI without pause until I had every answer. I would have been the first one with every detail, not the last. Within days, I would have had a complete report, complete oversight, and any disciplinary write-ups and re-training requirements directed before my head hit the pillow! Cheatle is not a leader, and we need leadership that values accountability!
Director Cheatle, under the supervision of Mayorkas, seems to think it’s okay to wait 72 hours to speak with Trump’s security team and has yet to visit the site. Was she afraid to face them?

Does anyone in the DHS and SS understand the gravity of the failure that happened? I guarantee that this failure wasn’t lost on Iran, China, Russia, Al Qaeda 2.0, or ISIS 2.0! One rep asked Cheatle, “Is an Iranian assassin more capable than an untrained 20-year-old?” This failure has inspired EVERY bad actor and demonstrated that NOW is the time to test a flailing Secret Service because we have flailing leadership at the top.
The House Oversight Committee has asked quality questions on both sides, aside from a couple of anti-gun opportunists, of which NONE were answered, and yet Cheadle refuses to resign.
Under oath, Rep. Waltz got Director Cheatle to admit she signed off on a tweet by a Secret Service spokesman that falsely claimed requests for increased support for Trump were never denied. Both Mayorkas and Cheatle have made false statements asserting there were no denials, despite Cheatle admitting that denials were made on a case-by-case basis. Neither Mayorkas nor Cheatle has respect for their office or the people they serve!
When Rep. Foxx asked, “Do you think you are the best person in the country to head the Secret Service?” Director Cheatle replied, “I think I am the best person to lead the Secret Service at this time.” SCARRY!
I agree with multiple Representatives in the room, including Jim Jordan, who said Cheatle should go back to guarding Doritos. But Doritos deserve better, too!
Today, the Committee on Homeland Security will continue its investigation into this Trump assassination attempt. Mayorkas and Wray were requested to be there but have declined, and subpoenas will be required. Again, no respect for the American people they serve!
The fearsome question we’re all asking, including America’s enemies, is whether we will get Trump into office alive and in one piece.
