I went on The View to reflect on President Biden’s legacy and share why I’m so proud to endorse my friend and our amazing Vice President, Kamala Harris, to be the next President of the United States.
President Biden is the most progressive and effective President on domestic and economic policies in my lifetime. I admire him deeply and respect his selfless decision to step aside for our democracy.
And, John, we now have an unprecedented opportunity to elect the first South Asian American and first Black woman to serve as the President.
We must do everything we can to defeat Donald Trump and elect Kamala Harris in November.
Kamala has proven time and again that she can prosecute the case against Donald Trump and stand up for Democrats down the ballot. But she needs our unwavering grassroots support if we want to see this future come to light.
