• As a former prosecutor, Harris launched the first environmental crimes unit in the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office.
• As California’s Attorney General, she took on Big Oil in court — and won, holding them accountable for their pollution and forcing them to clean it up.
• As a U.S. senator, Harris introduced the Climate Equity Act, pushing for environmental justice for all.

And as Vice President, she has been a fierce ally in the fight against the climate crisis. To date, the Biden-Harris administration has taken more than 300 actions to protect clean air and water, tackle environmental injustice, and protect our public lands and waters — and enacted the historic Inflation Reduction Act, the single largest action our country has ever taken to combat the climate crisis.

Now, the environmental movement must work to elect Vice President Harris as president this November, ensuring the Biden-Harris climate agenda remains intact and can continue.
