John, I want to be crystal clear about what's at stake in November. 

Winning in Texas and defeating Ted Cruz would virtually guarantee Democrats keeping our razor-thin Senate majority. 

Protecting our Senate majority means stopping the constant attacks on women's reproductive freedoms, protecting Social Security from big cuts, and ensuring the sanctity of our democracy.

I know how much you care about these critical issues, so I'm going to give it to you straight: Missing even just one fundraising goal, including tonight's, would put our chances of defeating Ted Cruz and protecting our Senate majority in serious danger.
