It’s been a crazy 10 days. Here’s an update from the campaign trail.

Republican National Convention in Milwaukee

It was an honor to host the Republican National Convention in Wisconsin last week. It was a great opportunity to showcase our state to the rest of the country.

I was happy to see Milwaukee and the state of Wisconsin get the national recognition it deserves!

I’ve always said there’s no better place than Wisconsin in the summer. And now the rest of the country understands why!

Thank you to all of the volunteers who made last week successful and enjoyable for everyone!

Upcoming August Ballot Referendums

Wisconsin’s primary election is coming up. On August 13, I encourage you to head to the polls and vote in your partisan primary.

On the ballot, there will also be 2 ballot referendums.

I am encouraging you to vote YES on both referendums.

By voting YES on both referendums, we can ensure that our state government retains the checks and balances laid out in the state constitution. For more information on the referendum questions, see the graphic below:

South Milwaukee Heritage Days Parade

On Saturday, I’ll be walking in the South Milwaukee Heritage Days parade. We’ll be lining up at 10:30 am and the parade begins at 11:00 am.
