Dear John,
Health Affairs is deeply saddened to report that our longtime Director of Events and dear friend Debbie Boylan died last week at her home near the shores of the Chesapeake Bay in Lusby, Maryland.
Senior Deputy Editor Rob Lott shared a remembrance today in Forefront that highlights Debbie's contributions to the events program of Health Affairs for the last 15 years and her connection to the political ecosystem of Capital Hill.

Addendum
Last week, we shared a study from Shriram Parashuram and coauthors exploring the effects of the Next Generation Accountable Care Organization (NGACO) ([link removed] ) on Medicare Parts A and B spending between 2016-21.
In our narrative describing the study's conclusions, a detail was omitted and we offer this correction to provide context.
The researchers conclude that NGACO was associated with significant reductions in Medicare Parts A and B spending with annual declines growing larger “in nearly every subsequent year of the model,” but no decline in net spending.
