President Biden, unquestionably one of the most consequential and effective U.S. Presidents in history, has announced that he will no longer be seeking reelection—and he has officially endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris to be our next Commander in Chief.

She is the right person to be our Democratic nominee, and there is no question that she is ready to lead our country as President on day one. I am proud to endorse her historic candidacy, and I will keep working hard for her, her running mate, and the entire Democratic ticket so we can continue to deliver on the work of the people and for the people—and the legacy of President Biden.
