I’m proud to endorse Vice President Kamala Harris as the Democratic candidate for president of the United States. As the first African American woman and Asian American woman to win the nomination, Kamala has the power to energize and unite young voters, progressives, and people of color across the country to defeat Donald Trump and Project 2025.
President Biden has made incredible strides during his time in office. He’s made record investments in American manufacturing and infrastructure, lowered prescription drug prices, and passed the most significant climate legislation in our nation’s history. In choosing to step down from the presidential ticket, he is giving Democrats the best chance to defeat Trump, protect the Senate, and take back the House.
There’s so much at stake in this election. It’s time for us to unite behind Kamala Harris and continue our push for progress.
