Team, last week, Donald Trump’s pollster, John McLaughlin, joined Dana Bash on CNN to describe how he thinks the former president will fare in the upcoming election.

We need to share what he said with you:

• “This is totally new territory [for Republicans]... we’re going into this election with over 111 days left, and we’re leading. We’re leading in the battleground states, we’re leading in the polls, we never saw that in 2016.”
   
• When asked by Dana Bash whether deep blue states like New Jersey are in play for Donald Trump, he said “Yes. It’s very real.”
   
• And when he was pushed to elaborate, he said something shocking: “In New Jersey, there’s been published polls where we’re up a point.”

Folks, this is serious. New Jersey hasn’t voted for a Republican president for nearly a generation. And while we should all take a spokesperson for Donald Trump’s campaign with a grain of salt, we can’t look away from this.

Donald Trump just held a huge campaign rally in Wildwood. Months ago, he said he believed New Jersey “could be flipped.” And now his campaign is making it clear that they will make good on Trump’s promise to make a “very heavy play” to flip our state.

We cannot let MAGA Republicans win New Jersey on our watch. Team, will you rush in $10 to our New Jersey Rapid Response Fund so we can elect Kamala Harris, defeat Donald Trump and JD Vance at the ballot box, and surge support to Democrats up and down the ballot this November? With everything that’s on the line in this election, we can’t afford to take a single vote for granted.
