WHAT: Gov. Justice and other leaders will celebrate the reopening of the Cleveland-Cliffs operation in Weirton after a newly announced $150 million investment. Cleveland-Cliffs will establish a new electrical distribution transformer production plant, resulting in employment opportunities for 600 USW-represented workers.
