President Joe Biden just announced he is dropping out of the 2024 presidential race.
In this unprecedented time for our democracy, it’s crucial to remember that our district is on the frontline to flip the House majority from red to blue. New York is a battleground state and NY-04 is the #1 most competitive race in the country – it all comes down to winning this race.
Flipping this seat from red to blue will make the difference in Democrats’ commitment to deliver progress on issues that matter most, including restoring reproductive rights, ending the gun violence epidemic, lowering the cost of prescription drugs and making our communities affordable.
We cannot take this race or the fate of our democracy for granted. This race is only going to get more competitive and I need the support of our people-powered campaign to ensure we have the resources to keep up our strong momentum so we can take back the Democratic House majority in November.
