Knocking on doors is an incredibly important part of getting the message out about my record of delivering for the district. It’s also an opportunity to connect on your values and learn about ways I can better represent the people here.

When I get to knock on doors, I learn so much about the people who make Northwest Indiana what it is, and that’s really what this is about, John — being your advocate.

I’ve always put this community first, and that won’t change. Northwest Indiana will always be top of my mind.

To me, getting out there and doing groundwork like this isn’t just an effective campaign strategy; it’s necessary for being your voice in Congress. I’m in this for Northwest Indiana and the families behind every door in this region.
