The GOP is ramping up their efforts here in PA-08, and they're not holding back. They're sending in a parade of high-profile surrogates from across the country to boost my opponent's campaign. From Speaker Johnson to Steve Scalise, and now Burgess Owens from Utah – they're all coming here to flip this seat.

But let me ask you: What does Utah have to do with PA-08? Absolutely nothing.

These national figures are here because they see this district as a key battleground in their quest to maintain power. They want someone who will tow their party line, not someone who listens to and fights for the people of northeastern Pennsylvania like I do.

Well, I have news for them: Their efforts won't intimidate us. We don't need their fancy surrogates or their special interest donors. We have something they don't – a dedicated grassroots team that believes in our vision for a brighter future.
