Let’s be honest, team: Climate change is nothing new. The real question is, how can we make a difference?

When they’re not too busy fighting amongst themselves, our elected officials have made amazing progress to solve the climate crisis and give access to a clean, and healthy environment to people from all walks of life.

Because why should your income dictate whether or not you deserve access to clean and sustainable energy?

That’s messed up.

Thanks to the Inflation Reduction Act, the Biden-Harris Administration has provided resources for state governments, local governments, and organizations to invest in their communities and ensure equitable access to clean energy and good-paying jobs.

But our work shouldn’t stop there.

If Congress thinks they can take this win and move on, they’ve got another thing coming. While this is a great step, there’s still more work to do. Right now, we need to urge Congress to keep climate change a priority. If they don’t, millions of lives, especially BIPOC and working class, are at risk.
