John, this is a
bit of a longer email, but I hope you’ll stick around to the end.
We must take mega-spending from MAGA extremists seriously to protect our
movement.
We cannot afford to lose momentum, slow down our fundraising efforts, or
stop growing this movement. Now more than ever, we must dig deep and show
the GOP what we stand for.
There’s no question that the far-right feels emboldened in their plans to
unseat progressives. And they’re going to try this same tactic on other
progressives across the country — and our campaign has been on their
target list before.
I’ve got three challengers running against me this time — and I can’t
afford to take any chances. Dark money Super PACs have polled nasty
attacks against me and I know they’re gearing up to try and beat our
campaign. That’s why I’m asking you to help me kick our campaign into
high-gear, John.
We can and will stand up to dark money spending, and we will win our race
with you on our side.
In just over two weeks, our campaign will face our primary election — and
this is our final opportunity to fortify our resources before the GOP’s
donors turn their sights on us.
I’ve never taken a dime of corporate PAC money and I never will. My
campaign is funded through tens of thousands of grassroots donors like
you. Now, I need all hands on deck to fortify our resources before August
6th so that we can keep fighting at full power while protecting our
